Yellowpetal is a bright yellow Chanderi saree created for occasions that deserve colour, light and a little shimmer. Its radiant yellow base has an unmistakably joyful presence, while the fine Chanderi texture keeps the drape soft, airy and elegant. It is a saree that brings instant warmth to a festive wardrobe without feeling heavy or overworked.

Scattered across the body are delicate silver and pink zari butis, adding small points of luminosity to the vivid yellow ground. The motifs have a floral-inspired character, combining metallic thread with pink accents to create a gentle contrast against the sunshine hue. Their placement is subtle enough to let the colour remain the hero, while still giving the saree a detailed, celebratory finish when viewed up close.

How It’s Done: The warp is set with thousands of fine threads, giving Chanderi its signature crisp transparency. The weft is hand-inserted to create the smooth, lightweight structure the craft is known for. Borders or motifs (if included) are woven directly on the loom using the classic extra-warp or extra-weft methods practiced in Chanderi.

Time Taken: 2 weeks for loom setup and 2–4 days to weave one saree, depending on motif complexity.
