Returns & Exchange Policy 

At The Mirari Life, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in small batches, rooted in tradition and made with care. Most of our items are made to order, specially crafted and finished for you ❤️

Exchange & Return Eligibility

  • Exchange & Return/Damages/Replacement requests must be made within 1 days/24 hours of delivery. Return will be carried out in individual basis, based only on genuine reason. 
  • Once received the request we will exchange the product in 14 business days.
  • Cancellation request of order must be raised in 12 hours. 
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. And amount will be refunded after this quality check strictly. 
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, Refund will be offered.
  • Refund will be credited 7 business days to the original bank account.
  • Orders above the value of Rs. 5000 are non-returnable and we can issue a store voucher instead.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sarees that have been draped, altered, or customised
  • Products bought on sale or during promotional offers
  • International orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 1 day/24 hours of receiving your order via provided mail.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  • A short explanation of the concern

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will provide you with details of shipping back the product to us. Please note that you might have to bear the return shipping costs based on location.
  • Refund will be initiated after quality check. 
  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damages in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and offer a replacement or credit depending on availability.

What’s Not Considered a Defect

At The Mirari Life, we work with handcrafted and handwoven textiles—each piece is unique and may carry subtle irregularities that reflect the artisanal process. These are not flaws, but rather a mark of authenticity and individuality.

  • Slight variation in colour due to different screen settings, lighting, or photography
  • Uneven threads, slubs, or weave inconsistencies that are inherent to handwoven fabrics and handcrafted items. 
  • Minor smudges or irregular prints that occur in handcrafted or block-printed textiles
  • Differences in fall, texture, or weight of natural fabrics
  • Slight variation in measurements (within a tolerance of 0.5–1 inch)

Cancellation of Order

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipped from our warehouse, as each piece is made or packed, and already in transit after 12 hours.
