PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Zehar Mohabbat is a black Chanderi silk saree with a deep, lustrous body and hand-woven gold floral buttas placed across the drape. The small flowers stand out against the dark base like flashes of light, giving the saree a rich yet restrained character. Its smooth texture and gentle sheen allow the black to shift beautifully as it catches the light.
The saree is finished with a distinctive striped border combining gold, royal blue, and silver-toned lines. The contrast brings colour and definition to the otherwise dramatic black canvas, while the fine metallic edge adds a polished festive finish. The hand-woven floral detailing continues the story of the border, creating a balance between quiet elegance and bold expression.
Zehar Mohabbat is an ideal choice when you want a saree that feels classic but carries a stronger point of view. Style it with a black blouse for a sleek, tonal look, a royal blue blouse to echo the border, or a gold blouse for a more celebratory finish. Statement gold jewellery, blue stone accents, or a simple red lip can bring out the saree’s romantic intensity.
This black Chanderi saree works beautifully for evening celebrations, wedding functions, festive gatherings, cultural occasions, intimate dinners, and formal events. It is a memorable piece for anyone drawn to dark, luminous textiles and handcrafted detail.

CRAFTMANSHIP DETAILS
CRAFTMANSHIP DETAILS
Technique: Traditional Chanderi Handweaving on frame looms.
How It’s Done: The warp is set with thousands of fine threads, giving Chanderi its signature crisp transparency. The weft is hand-inserted to create the smooth, lightweight structure the craft is known for. Borders or motifs (if included) are woven directly on the loom using the classic extra-warp or extra-weft methods practiced in Chanderi.
Time Taken: 2 weeks for loom setup and 2–4 days to weave one saree, depending on motif complexity.
