Technique : Traditional handweaving on pit looms using 80 Lea Belgian linen yarn

How It’s Done: Every step — from preparing the loom, softening the yarn, aligning threads, to the final weaving — is done entirely by hand with controlled tension to prevent breakage. After which every saree is set on the frame to be embroidered by Hand.

Time Taken: 2 weeks to hand-prepare the loom and 3 full days to hand-weave one saree.
