PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Chand Sitara is a deep charcoal grey cotton saree inspired by the quiet poetry of nightfall. Its dark, earthy base is woven with delicate Jamdani motifs that echo moons, stars, and small celestial forms. The scattered details bring a gentle glow to the drape, creating the feeling of a night sky revealed slowly through the fabric.
The body remains intentionally minimal, allowing the moon-and-star motifs to stand out against the charcoal surface. Their pale woven finish adds texture and contrast without making the saree feel overly embellished. The result is a saree with depth and mood: subtle enough for everyday elegance, yet distinctive enough for an evening occasion.
The pallu is finished in a deeper tonal shade, with contrasting tassels in black and soft lavender tones. These small tassels add movement and a handcrafted finish to the drape, while the dark edging gives the saree a clean, defined silhouette. Together, the celestial motifs and pallu details make Chand Sitara a beautiful balance of craft, texture, and quiet drama.
Style it with a charcoal, black, deep wine, or muted lavender blouse. Oxidised silver jewellery, pearl accents, or antique-finish earrings work especially well with its moonlit palette. This Jamdani cotton saree is suited to cultural gatherings, evening celebrations, work events, intimate dinners, festive occasions, and any moment that calls for understated presence.
