Noor is a luminous pink silk saree detailed with delicate silver zari motifs and a bright yellow striped border. The rich pink body has a jewel-like depth, allowing the small floral and leaf-inspired butis to shimmer softly across the drape. Each motif adds a point of light without taking away from the bold beauty of the silk.

The border brings a joyful contrast through bands of silver and vivid yellow. Its clean, graphic finish frames the saree beautifully and adds a fresh contemporary edge to the traditional silk base. Technique: Traditional Chanderi Handweaving on frame looms.

How It’s Done: The warp is set with thousands of fine threads, giving Chanderi its signature crisp transparency. The weft is hand-inserted to create the smooth, lightweight structure the craft is known for. Borders or motifs (if included) are woven directly on the loom using the classic extra-warp or extra-weft methods practiced in Chanderi.

Time Taken: 2 weeks for loom setup and 2–4 days to weave one saree, depending on motif complexity.
