Aaravi is a pink linen saree that pairs softness with a bright, expressive spirit. Drenched in a tender pink hue, it has the easy, breathable character of linen while bringing an occasion-ready finish through floral embroidery and fine striped detailing. Feminine without feeling fragile, this saree is designed for celebrations that call for colour, comfort and a little flourish.

The pallu is adorned with large pansy motifs in rich shades of violet and plum, accented with lighter threadwork and small glimmering details. Curving embroidered stems, tiny floral accents and fine bead-like highlights give the motif a sense of movement across the fabric. The pansies create a striking focal point against the pink base, making the saree feel special without covering the entire drape in heavy embellishment.

Aaravi’s striped pleats bring another layer of visual interest. Slim alternating bands in pink and silver-grey create definition through the lower drape, making the pleats look beautifully arranged even in motion. The border carries the same tonal striped language, and the pallu is finished with a delicate lace-like edge that softens the overall silhouette. Technique 2 : Hand-Embroidery

How It’s Done: Every step — from preparing the loom, softening the yarn, aligning threads, to the final weaving — is done entirely by hand with controlled tension to prevent breakage. After which every saree is set on the frame to be embroidered by Hand.

Time Taken: It takes about 2 weeks to hand-prepare the loom, 3 full days to hand-weave one saree, and an additional 3 days for the detailed thread embroidery.
